2.2. Visualize the stories you are about to tell

3. Focus on the furthest away sound

3.1. Hone in on that one sound.

4. Let your mind tell a story

4.1. Begin to craft a story

4.1.1. Where is this plane coming from? Where are these birds going? Who are these construction workers?

4.1.2. Allow your brain to think whatever it wants

4.1.3. Create the most ludicrous, irrational, and complex story you can possibly imagine for the next five minutes

5. Smile at what you’ve created

5.1. Realize that this exercise was intentionally meant for your mind to let go of its parameters.

5.2. Be grateful for what you achieved. Smile.

5.3. Your thoughts will still be going, but your mind will be at ease.
