1. Sleep

1.1. strengths

1.1.1. Sleep plays an important role in your physical health.

1.1.2. For example, sleep is involved in healing and repair of your heart and blood vessels.

1.1.3. Ongoing sleep deficiency is linked to an increased risk of heart disease, kidney disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, and stroke.

1.1.4. sleeping will also give you the needed energy for the next day.

1.2. weaknesses

1.2.1. sleep can take up needed time that you must use on completing assignments.

1.2.2. Sleep is why most of the older student in the school are tired.

1.2.3. They trade there sleep for time to do work.

1.2.4. This can make sleep more of a chore then a form of relaxation.

1.3. improvments

1.3.1. If you are not getting enough sleep i may be because of your devices.

1.3.2. to improve your sleep pattern it is a good idea to not have your technology in the room.

1.3.3. it is scientifically proven that you need the 30 minutes of non technology time before you go to or you will not be able to sleep.

1.3.4. this is so as your brain is still working on understand and processing what was happening on your complex disease

2. Wellbeing

2.1. strengths

2.1.1. Well being is the state of being comfortable, healthy, or happy.

2.1.2. In my life I have a good well being as

2.1.3. I go to a good school, I have nice friends and my parents are most of the time good people, every one of these contribute to the wellbeing of yourself/mental health.

2.1.4. A good wellbeing makes you have a better outlook on life.

2.1.5. this makes you happier to do normal things like walking the dog because you are happy. in most cases other people will start to feel happier as well

2.1.6. in most cases other people will start to feel happier as well.

2.2. weaknesses

2.2.1. The weaknesses in my well being is that i feel as if I don't meet up with people out of school as much as I believe I should.

2.2.2. This makes me often left out of conversations because I wasn't invited to there party.

2.2.3. I know that if you dont let little things like that affect your emotions then your wellbeing will improve in a flash.

2.2.4. sometimes the littlest things can effect your well being

2.3. improvements

2.3.1. you can improve your wellbeing by pushing to meet up with friends.

2.3.2. having game nights with your family can make you feel very pleased

2.3.3. I try to have a positive outlook on life which makes me a happy person.

3. Activitys

3.1. strengths

3.1.1. They will improve you strength and your overall fitness

3.1.2. can also be beneficial to your mental health

3.1.3. you might be doing the activities with your friends

3.1.4. It is very good to get outside the house and be off technology

3.2. weaknesses

3.2.1. It can be difficult to find the time to do these activities.

3.2.2. they can be hard to do for some at first.

3.2.3. this might result in them losing confidence

3.2.4. you can get injured when doing these activities which will result in more time away from these activities

3.3. improvements

3.3.1. This can be hard to do at first as it is not always easy.

3.3.2. once you start to do it you will be healthy and fit

3.3.3. if you don't currently do any physical activities then you can sign up for a club.

3.3.4. you can talk to your school about school activities which will surely improve your fitness
