2.1.1.2. Skin

2.1.1.3. Vascular Access devices

2.1.2. Obtain fungal Blood Cultures

2.1.3. If Condition unstable

2.1.3.1. Antifungal chemotherapy

2.1.3.2. Fluconazole

2.1.3.2.1. Loading dose 800mg

2.1.3.2.2. Folowed 400mg daily (cosidered Renal failure dose)

2.1.3.3. Recent azole exposure

2.1.3.3.1. Use Echinocandin
