1. Classroom management is the teacher's ability to control the whole aspect of a classroom, the attitude, and the authority that the teacher has to have, the different seating arrangement and how to use all the elements in the classroom.

1.1. The teacher in the classroom: The physical presence of the teacher in the classroom is important, this engaged students, but we have 4 skill that a teacher must know to do a good presence in the classroom.

1.1.1. 1. Proximity The teacher must know how close they should be to the students

1.1.2. 2. Appropriacy In general, is the desicion made by the teacher about where he or she can sits os stay.

1.1.3. 3. Movement This point depends on the style of the teacher, but in a general idea, it is refers to how the teacher use the space in the classroom, if the teacher walk around the classroom or stay in a place.

1.1.4. 4. Awareness Is the ability of observing if the students are working.

1.2. Using the Voice: We as teacher have a principal tool, our voice, without the voice, a class wont be the same, in this part, we have 3 important factors to take into acount about the voice.

1.2.1. 1. Audibility The teacher has to talk loud and crearly enough for the students in the back of the classroom.

1.2.2. 2. Variety The teacher must take care about the quality, the volume and the entonation of the voice.

1.2.3. 3. Corservation As I said before, the voice is our main tool as teacher, that is why whe have to take care of it.

1.3. Talking with students: The way that teachers talk to students is the way in which theachers interact with srudents, in this stage we have 3 main ideas: Parents - Students, rough tune and newer teacher´s language.

1.3.1. 1. Parents - Students Is a fact that teachers talk to parentsin a different way than they do with the students, that what i call: Formal and informal Teacher´s Language.

1.3.2. 2. Rouhg Tune Is the skill of the simplification of the language used by the parents and teacher in order to being understood, teacher must be aware of three things to Rouhg tune his or her language. 1. Teachers have to consider the kind of language that students are likely understand. 2. Teachers must think about the message that they want to deliver to the studentsand find the better way to do it. 3. They havee to consider the manner in which they will speak, talking about the volume, the tone etc.

1.3.3. 3. Is a fact that newer teachers dont have their own class style, that is why they have to pay attention about how students react or if students understand, in order to makee their own class style.

1.4. Giving Instructions. This part is important, the teacher has to know about the rules to give instructions: 1- Kept instructions simple as possible 2- Instructions have to be logical. Important: Teacher has to verify if students understood the instructions.

1.5. Students talk and teacher talks: We ar teachers, we have to explain, so we have to talk, but also students must talk, because they are the protagonist in the learning process, in this stage we also have 3 points.

1.5.1. 1. TTT Teacher Talking Time, is the time that the teacher spends explaining or talking, but the teacher must know how long he or she has to talk.

1.5.2. 2. STT Students Talking Time, we have to let our students practice their language, they have to talk, because they are whom are leraning.

1.5.3. 3. TTQ Teacher Talking Quality, is when teachers startalking about nothing preoductive for our students, whey they are talking without contex.

1.6. Using L1 L1 or knows like "Mother tongue" we as teacher must use the mother tongue to engage students, also we have to have into acount that they are lerning a new language, they have to be confidence about theirselves, a good idea to use the mother tongue is use the "Grammas Trasnlate Method"

1.7. Creating Lesson Stages A class can be interesting, but if we repeat the same techniques or methods, it will become kind of boring, that is the reason why we have to create different lesson stages, with a planty of different techniques, in order to engaged students.

1.8. Different Seating Arrangements Seating Arrangement is important because they are so different one from the others, with different advantages and disadvantages, here we have 3 different seating arrangement.

1.8.1. 1. Separete Tables With this seating arrangement, we can organize the class in groups in a separated tables, the teacher can walks around the tables to observe if they are working.

1.8.2. 2. Orderly Rows Makes the observation easier, because teachers can see their faces, lecturing become easier.

1.8.3. 3. Horseshoe / Circle This seating arrangement is exclusive for smaller classes, where teacher stays in the middle of the class or among them.

1.9. Differents Students Grouping Students have different many of learning, working in group or in pairs can help students, here we have 4 ways in which students can learn with their classmates.

1.9.1. 1. Whole Class In some ocassions work eith the whole class as a group can be worth, dinamyc and motivating, and also students can feel integrated in the class.

1.9.2. 2. Work Group or Pair Work Some students can learn if they listen the opinions of other students, in work groups the teacher can monitor the work.

1.9.3. 3. Solo Work There are students that like work alone, is an option, but is difficult for teacher to monitor the work of those students, because they work as an individual.

1.9.4. 4. Class to Class This consist in organize a class with two different sections, one higher than the other, in that way the lower class can leanr about the experiences, they can help each other.
